The content listed below may not be accessible for the following reasons:

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
If, after submitting a request for accessible information or a complaint, it has been rejected, you disagree with the decision taken, or the response does not meet the requirements set out in Article 12.5, you may file a complaint. A complaint may also be filed if no response has been received within a period of twenty (20) working days.
The complaint may be submitted through the General Request page on the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation’s website, as well as through any of the other options established by Law 39/2015 of 1 October on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Complaints will be received and processed by the Ministry’s Sub-directorate General of Service Inspection.

To change the size of everything on the page:
- Ctrl + + to increase it
- Ctrl + – to decrease it
- Ctrl + 0 restores the original text size
